美國Clontech        2005年7月1日，日本最大的生物工程公司TaKaRa公司宣布花費(fèi)6千萬美元成功從BD Biosciences收購Clontech單元。此收購計(jì)劃已經(jīng)于2005年8月底完成，Clontech已成為TaKaRa全資子公司。
